Hundreds of years ago, in order to deal with rampant campus crime, the Central Union Institute built a vast, labyrinthine prison beneath its grounds, locking away everyone who caused trouble under a harsh, draconian code of law.
Of course, times changed. The brutal, barbaric era was long gone. The underground prison had long since been converted into part of a massive drainage system, leaving behind only damp, moldy, rusted cells to whisper of the past.
