A soft knock sounded on the door. The chef delivering the meal nervously clenched in her palm the spatial ring containing the dishes that had just been prepared. She could vaguely hear some sort of movement inside, and the realization made her even more nervous. She even began to wonder whether she had arrived at an inopportune moment.
