Now the princess started to panic.

She started chanting a complicated spell, and the blizzard around her grew thicker, blocking the view.
Using the cover, the princess summoned a sled.
She jumped onto the sled and used the power of the storm to propel herself forward at high speed.
She had to find a way to escape, but unfortunately, Salina didn’t need to see her to lock onto her position.
As a creation of a witch, she could naturally sense other evil substances.
There were no other living creatures on this endless snowy plain, so her senses could pinpoint the princess exactly.
The moment the princess tried to escape, the witch was already chasing after her on her magic staff.
Ice and snow were the princess’s domain, so she could also sense Salina following her.

She turned into a blur, moving as fast as a speedboat on the sea, the sled kicking up huge waves of snow behind her.

She saw the corruption spreading faster and knew the princess didn’t have much magic left to resist.
“Ugh… You’re cheating! If you’re so tough, don’t use resurrection!” The princess crawled out of the snow, looking a mess.
That black substance had already wrapped around her belly and was spreading toward her navel.
She couldn’t seal it with magic anymore.
There was no way to stop what was happening now, but even so, the princess still refused to give in.
“No matter what you do to me! I’ll never… give in!”
Her body had already gotten used to the chill of the darkness.
Now all the princess could feel was the sensation of that thing rubbing against her skin.
It squirmed over her body.
