Qingzhou is located in the east of the Nine Provinces continent, while Xuzhou is in the south.
Although the two provinces are neighbors, their landscapes, cultures, and levels of development are quite different.
Qingzhou, where Xuanling Sect is based, is the most developed among the three eastern provinces, including Xuzhou and Yangzhou.
