When her best friend Cornelia leaves for university, Nienke wants a similar chance to leave home. Her parents remain concerned about her health. Instead, she stays in the village and helps at the family café, Fleur de Lys.
Then Merel arrives. She is another dark elf and says that she knew Nienke as a child. Nienke cannot remember her. This meeting starts the relationship at the centre of the story.
In the official release note, ebi-hime describes a lighthearted countryside romance with low stakes. Do not expect a large fantasy quest or a story built around major twists.
What does “no choices” mean?
The official game page confirms a linear story with one ending. You do not select a romantic partner or choose dialogue to reach a different route. There is no need for a route guide to find all the endings.
