This weekend, Dong Enyu spontaneously arranged a leisure activity.
She took Mu Lin to the largest gym in the city center to swim.
Since it was just the beginning of spring, even though it was advertised as a heated pool, the water was still quite cold, so there weren’t many people in the pool area.
After Dong Enyu changed into her swimsuit, Mu Lin still hadn’t come out.
She even made quite a commotion in the changing room, which made Dong Enyu chuckle silently.
Dong Enyu skillfully placed her bag and clothes into a locker, took the key, and entered the pool area.
She warmed up confidently by the pool, then tested the water temperature, which was indeed cold.
Dong Enyu splashed some water and jumped into the pool to swim a lap and get used to it.
When she swam back to the edge, Mu Lin had also entered the water.
She wiped the water droplets from her face, smiling as she observed Mu Lin.
The floral swimsuit was quite fitting for the spring season, with its light fabric complementing Mu Lin’s fair skin, making her look like a little fairy in the blue water, mesmerizing Dong Enyu.
Especially as the fabric floated gently after getting wet, revealing glimpses of her thighs, it was particularly tantalizing.
Such a temptation… “Look at you, with such a good figure, how can a swimsuit hide it? Everyone can see everything.” She was talking about the curves women are most proud of.
Despite Mu Lin’s seemingly frail appearance, her body was no less than a model’s, with a slender figure, evenly toned muscles, and a well-endowed chest that made it hard for one’s gaze to move away when wrapped in a swimsuit.
Facing Dong Enyu’s blatant gaze, Mu Lin felt a bit embarrassed, crossing her arms to cover herself, as if she were naked.
But they had already seen each other naked many times, so there was nothing to be shy about.
“Enyu, you’re the one dressed like this… it’s too provocative.” Mu Lin splashed water, thinking that Dong Enyu’s appearance was the one that sparked imagination.
She wore a deep red high-slit swimsuit, with her honey-colored long legs fully exposed, her round chest forming a beautiful curve under the swimsuit, looking soft and full.
Coupled with her sun-kissed skin, she exuded a generous and passionate charm, making it impossible to look away.
Such an Enyu shouldn’t be seen by others… Mu Lin thought as she moved forward, instinctively trapping Dong Enyu between herself and the wall.
Dong Enyu had already noticed her little thoughts, smiled, put on her goggles, squatted down, and dived into the water, kicking off the wall to swim away.
Mu Lin followed suit, and the two of them started a game of chase in the pool, swimming back and forth several times until Dong Enyu felt out of breath and stopped at the edge, with Mu Lin following suit.
Her movements were graceful, gliding through the water like a mermaid.
If it weren’t for her two beautiful legs, Dong Enyu would have thought she saw a water fairy.
Mu Lin stopped about a foot away, then propped herself up to emerge from the water, instantly splashing water that sparkled in the sunlight, creating a rainbow around her.
A beautiful sight.
“Did you learn to swim from a young age? Your movements are beautiful,” Dong Enyu casually asked, wiping the water from her eyes.
Mu Lin blushed and nodded, “Dad said it’s safer to know how to swim, so he hired a coach to teach me when I was young.” Dong Enyu nodded, agreeing that knowing how to swim is better than being a landlubber.
Moreover, Mu Lin was the only child in her family, and her father doted on her, even hiring a coach.
She recalled her own swimming lessons, crowded with classmates in the school pool, practicing kicks like sardines, often getting bruised by others.
While Dong Enyu was lost in thought, Mu Lin kept stirring the water, creating ripples of various sizes.
Dong Enyu found it amusing and raised an eyebrow, “What are you doing? If you want to swim, go to the long lane over there.” She pointed to the separated lane, telling Mu Lin not to splash water here.
“I don’t want to swim, it’s just that you… it’s not good,” Mu Lin said, lowering her head, her voice not too loud but clear enough for Dong Enyu to hear.
She was referring to the swimsuit being too revealing, but swimsuits are designed to be form-fitting.
It was just that Mu Lin’s mindset had changed, not wanting others to see her.
Dong Enyu leaned against the wall, smiling, and glanced at two men who had just entered the pool area, saying, “I’m already an old woman, who would want to look? If I were a man, I’d go for a younger girl,” she joked, noticing the two men indeed casting glances their way.
She swam over to Mu Lin and whispered, “Look, those two hunks are checking you out.
Why don’t you turn around and say hi?” She was just joking, but Mu Lin looked troubled.
“What should I do? Enyu, help me think of something,” she blinked her light brown eyes, seemingly anxious.
Dong Enyu originally just wanted to tease her, not expecting Mu Lin to take it seriously.
However, her pleading eyes amused Dong Enyu, who beckoned her over.
Mu Lin, like a fish on a hook, swam over.
To save her was simple; Dong Enyu, in front of the two hunks, leaned in and kissed her slightly parted lips, not too hard but for at least five seconds, enough to make the two men back off.
Dong Enyu silently warned, this flower is mine, stay away.
“En, Enyu?!” Mu Lin was stunned for a while before coming back to her senses.
She didn’t push away, just a bit surprised.
“I’m declaring my territory, so those two men won’t covet your beauty,” Dong Enyu said with a smile, leaning closer to steal a kiss on Mu Lin’s cheek.
Her dazed look was so adorable that Dong Enyu almost wanted to pin her against the wall and kiss her hard, but if those men saw, it would be too easy for them, so Dong Enyu held back.
But after she held back, Mu Lin seemed eager… Especially when she saw the mischievous glint in Dong Enyu’s eyes, she immediately felt hot all over.
Dong Enyu was mischievous, always finding ways to tease her, but whenever she lay on the bed, posing seductively, she was so beautiful that Mu Lin couldn’t stop herself, wanting to hug her, kiss her, make her think only of herself, make her breathless only for her.
Her thoughts grew more and more skewed, and Mu Lin almost pressed herself against Dong Enyu, just short of pulling her into her arms.
Suddenly, a splash of water interrupted their thoughts.
It turned out that some guy had jumped into the water with such force that it splashed a huge wave, drenching both Dong Enyu and Mu Lin.
Dong Enyu snapped back to reality, wiping the water from her face, ready to scold the person who jumped so abruptly.
But just as she was about to speak, her words got stuck like a fishbone, unable to swallow or spit out.
Those fiery red eyes, she would never forget in her life.
“Dong Enyu! You’re not dead! I knew you couldn’t die!” It was Yong Le, one of Wutang’s subordinates.
Her loud voice was unbearable for Dong Enyu, but she still maintained her composure, not showing any signs of weakness.
“Sorry, you’re disturbing us, miss,” Dong Enyu said politely, then pulled Mu Lin’s arm, whispering in her ear, “Let’s go, change clothes, and go eat.” She needed to leave quickly before Yong Le went crazy and wouldn’t let her go.
…But Yong Le didn’t need to wait to go crazy.
As soon as Dong Enyu finished speaking, Yong Le swam over and rudely grabbed Dong Enyu’s arm to stop her from leaving.
“Hey, where are you going? I just got here, aren’t you going to catch up with me?” Yong Le’s eyes were bloodshot, staring at Dong Enyu, making her feel a bit uneasy.
Catch up? What was there to catch up on between them? It was all just nonsense anyway.
“I don’t know you,” Dong Enyu said, shaking off Yong Le’s hand and lying to her with a straight face.
“It’s only been a few months, and you’ve already forgotten? I’m Yong Le, remember? I said my name is Yong Le.” She deliberately slowed down her speech, as if talking to a child, which made Dong Enyu’s face darken with displeasure.
“Sorry, miss, I think you’ve got the wrong person.” She turned her head, intending to swim away immediately, but Yong Le clung to her, pulling her closer.
The warmth of their bodies gradually transferred through their hands, causing Dong Enyu’s eyelashes to tremble slightly.
“What game are you playing now? Should I use my body to help you remember?” Yong Le teased, moving closer, but just as she was about to touch Dong Enyu’s cheek, someone in front splashed water in her face, forcing Yong Le to let go of Dong Enyu and swim back half a foot.
“Enyu said she doesn’t know you! Please stop bothering my friend!” Mu Lin urgently pulled Dong Enyu into her arms, thinking Yong Le was crazy.
She didn’t know the relationship between Dong Enyu and Yong Le, only that Yong Le’s presence made her very unhappy, especially when she pulled Dong Enyu close, prompting the usually gentle Mu Lin to intervene.
Yong Le, who was forced back, wiped away the water droplets, her blood-red eyes devoid of any humor, but not angry either.
She focused intently on Mu Lin’s arms around Dong Enyu, then looked up to assess Mu Lin’s appearance.
“So, you’ve got a new lover and forgotten your old flame, how heartless.” This joking tone inexplicably made Dong Enyu anxious.
She was afraid Yong Le would reveal her time at Wutang or their past relationship, so she quickly frowned and pulled Mu Lin to the shore.
She almost jogged to the changing room, and Mu Lin also wanted to leave immediately.
Unfortunately, Yong Le wasn’t planning to let them go so easily, or rather, let Dong Enyu escape without a word.
“Be careful, no running in the pool area, don’t you even know that?” Yong Le grabbed Dong Enyu’s right hand, forcing her to stop.
Her eyes were fixed on Dong Enyu, making her nervous, fearing this thug might do something unethical.
“Miss, please let go, or I’ll call security,” Dong Enyu issued a final warning.
Unfortunately, Yong Le was the type who wouldn’t budge.
“If you want an audience, I don’t mind,” she said, continuing to approach.
Dong Enyu’s temple throbbed, and she suddenly pulled back her arm, simultaneously throwing a punch in self-defense.
She had seen Yong Le’s skills before, and simple punches and kicks were useless against her.
She was betting that Yong Le would give her a way out and not take it seriously, but when she got punched in the stomach, Dong Enyu realized Yong Le was a jerk and a third-degree thug!
“Stop it! Don’t fight!” Mu Lin screamed in panic, but her cries couldn’t stop the two from fighting.
Mu Lin immediately ran out to get help, and Dong Enyu, seeing Mu Lin leave, quickly gathered her strength to fight back.
Although Yong Le was skilled, Dong Enyu wasn’t too bad either, and she managed to land several punches on Yong Le’s abdomen.
However, every time she hit Yong Le, it felt like hitting a hard sandbag, making her hand bones ache.
Just when Dong Enyu thought the fight would never end, Yong Le suddenly grabbed her hands, and as Dong Enyu tried to retreat, Yong Le swept her legs, pinning her face down on the ground like a criminal.
“Stop fighting, I’m afraid you’ll break your bones,” Yong Le whispered in her ear, her breath sending chills down Dong Enyu’s spine.
She struggled a bit, realizing Yong Le had all her weight on her, making it impossible to push her away, and she hung her head in frustration.
She gritted her teeth and firmly reiterated, “I don’t know you!”
…I don’t know you.
This sentence was no different from before, but Yong Le was stunned by her serious tone.
Dong Enyu had said she didn’t know Yong Le, she had forgotten their past memories, completely erasing her from her life.
In an instant, Yong Le’s grip loosened, and Dong Enyu took the opportunity to push her away, causing Yong Le to lose her balance and fall to the ground.
Dong Enyu licked her lips, tasting a hint of iron, a bruise from when Yong Le’s fist hit her mouth.
Yong Le stared at her, about to say something, when the sound of hurried footsteps came from afar.
It was Mu Lin bringing two security guards.
Mu Lin, seeing the injury on Dong Enyu’s mouth, was almost in tears.
She tenderly took Dong Enyu’s hand and helped her away, leaving the security guards to question Yong Le about what had happened.
But Yong Le didn’t even glance at them, her eyes following Dong Enyu’s figure until she and Mu Lin turned the corner and disappeared from sight…
