Advancing one’s cultivation realm could improve a cultivator’s physical capabilities as well, but that was ultimately only a side benefit, with no particularly dramatic effect.
For example, a Foundation Building cultivator could easily withstand the impact of a horse-drawn carriage. Under normal circumstances, mortal traps were therefore useless against them.
