Pei Yuqing handed her the little bronze mirror. Its polished surface was somewhat cloudy, but it still reflected Qiu Qi’s face. Qiu leaned closer and examined her reflection carefully.

With her familiar face back, Qiu Qi felt much better. She reclined against the bed, propped her head up with one hand, and struck an exceptionally suave pose. Then she patted the space beside her and addressed Pei Yuqing in an absurdly overbearing CEO voice.
