Within the Holy See, there were countless church factions of varying sizes. Though all were governed by the Holy See, each had its own doctrines and rules. Some were ordinary, some innovative, some old-fashioned, some extreme, and some downright bizarre. Overall, however, they all aspired toward goodness.
